Reach. Teach. Mend. Send.
Welcome to Living Word Christian Center Long Beach
We believe God has a purpose for your life, and we'd love to help you discover it. Come and experience the Spirit's leading, the power of the Word, and the warmth of a family that's happy you're here.
Whether you've walked with Jesus for decades or you're just curious about faith, there is a place for you in this family.
We're a community that loves the presence of God, honors His Word, and depends on the Holy Spirit to lead us. Here you'll find people who worship with open hearts, pray for one another, and walk through life side by side.
You don't have to have it all together to belong. Bring your questions, your joys, and your burdens. God meets us exactly where we are, and so do we.
Welcome home!

New here? Here's what to expect.
Arrive early to enjoy coffee, water, and desserts while our team welcomes you. Then join us for a time of worship and praise and dynamic preaching of God's Word. Kids are welcome too, with children's church during service.
Our mission
Our mission is to empower believers through the teaching and preaching of a demonstrated gospel, and to evangelize the lost by taking the church beyond the walls of a building and into the world.
Reaching the lost at any level
No one is too far gone. We meet people right where they are, at every level of life, with the love of Christ.
Teaching them the Word of God
God's Word is our foundation. We help you know it, live it, and grow strong in it.
You were made for a purpose. We equip you and send you out to take your city for God.
Sending them to take cities for God
God heals the brokenhearted. Find restoration from life's hurts and pains through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Mending them from the hurts and pains of life
"And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power."
